Built-in timeline editor
A video editor made for screen recordings. Trim, add backgrounds, zoom, style the cursor, manage your webcam with timeline regions, reduce noise, and preview everything before you export.
Trim, regions & audio processing
Non-destructive trimming for video and audio tracks, video cuts, silent regions per track, volume controls, and noise reduction.
Video Trimming
Drag start and end handles on the video track to cut unwanted footage. Non-destructive: the original file is never touched.
Independent Audio Trimming
System audio and microphone tracks have their own trim handles, so you can cut audio separately from video.
Audio Regions
Mute specific segments of any audio track by adding silent regions. Each one can be dragged, resized, or deleted.
Per-track Volume & Mute
Adjust volume for system audio and microphone separately. Mute either track with one click.
Microphone Noise Reduction
Reduce mic background noise using RNNoise (a neural network model). Adjust the intensity and preview before exporting.
Video Cuts
Remove segments from the middle of the recording. Add cut regions on the video track, drag their edges to adjust, and the export skips over them. Audio tracks are cut to match.
Canvas & background styling
Solid colors, gradients, or images behind your recording. Plus canvas aspect ratio, padding, and corner radius controls.
Solid Color
Pick any color with the built-in color picker. Supports alpha transparency.
Gradient Presets
Pick from gradient presets or build a custom one with your own colors, angle, and stops.
Background Image
Use any image as the background. Fill or fit scaling. Drop in a wallpaper, logo, or texture.
Canvas Aspect Ratios
Original, 16:9, 1:1, 4:3, or 9:16 canvas aspect ratios. Pick one that matches where you're posting.
Padding & Corner Radius
Add padding around the recording for some breathing room. Corner radius for the video and webcam is set separately.
Webcam & camera regions
Position and style the webcam overlay. Camera regions on the timeline switch between PiP, fullscreen, and hidden with animated transitions.
Webcam PiP Positioning
Drag the webcam anywhere on the canvas or snap to a corner. Size is set as a percentage of the canvas width.
Webcam Styling
Corner radius, border, drop shadow, and horizontal flip for the webcam. Styled separately from the video.
Camera Regions
Mark time ranges on the timeline where the webcam goes fullscreen, hidden, or uses a different layout. Good for talking-head moments in tutorials.
Region Transitions
Each region can fade, scale, or slide in and out with adjustable duration. All transitions are baked into the export.
Cursor overlay & click sounds
Custom cursor overlay with click highlights, spring-physics smoothing, and click sound effects.
Cursor Styles
Several cursor styles: system arrow, filled circle, ring, or spotlight. Rendered on top of the video at export.
Click Highlights
Mouse clicks show as a ripple effect. Color and size are adjustable per button.
Cursor Movement Smoothing
Spring physics interpolation removes hand jitter from the cursor path. Four presets: slow, medium, fast, and rapid.
Click Sounds
Play a sound on every mouse click. Pick from 30 samples across five categories. Volume is adjustable.
Spotlight effect
Dims the screen around the cursor so viewers know where to look. Timeline regions control when it's on, and each region can have its own style and fade.
Spotlight Effect
Dims everything outside a circular area around the cursor. Set the radius, dim opacity, and edge softness.
Spotlight Regions
Control when the spotlight is active by placing regions on the timeline. Double-click to add, drag to move or resize, right-click to edit or remove.
Per-region Overrides
Each region can override the global radius, dim opacity, and edge softness. Useful when different parts of the screen need different spotlight sizes.
Fade Transitions
Set a fade duration per region so the spotlight dims in and out smoothly instead of snapping on and off.
Zoom & pan
Zoom into specific areas with smooth animation. Place keyframes by hand or let auto-detection generate them from your clicks.
Manual Zoom Keyframes
Place zoom keyframes on the timeline at any point. Set the target zoom level, pan position, and easing curve for each keyframe.
Auto-zoom Detection
Reframed analyzes where you clicked and paused, then generates zoom keyframes automatically.
Cursor Follow Mode
Keeps the zoomed viewport centered on the cursor as it moves.
Undo & live preview
50-snapshot undo/redo with readable change descriptions, and real-time preview of all edits.
Undo & Redo
Every edit is tracked: trims, backgrounds, zoom keyframes, camera regions, captions, audio settings. Undo and redo with keyboard shortcuts or the history panel.
Human-readable Descriptions
Each snapshot gets a description of what changed — "Caption font size set to 48px" or "Camera repositioned", not just "state changed". Makes it easy to find the edit you want to roll back.
50-snapshot History
Keeps the last 50 states. Click any entry in the panel to jump straight to that point. History is saved inside the project file, so it survives between sessions.
Live Preview
Background, cursor, zoom, captions, and camera regions all render live in the preview player. What you see is what gets exported.
